昨日の今日でどうなることやらと思ったのですが
何とか復活！
着替え以外はおきることなく眠り続け・・・なんと
眠り続けること13時間！！
いつもの倍以上！
昔はね13時間ならず15時間くらいは寝たこともあったんですが
「寝ている分人生を損しているかも？」
って思うようになったんです。
そうすると寝ていることがもったいなく思えるから不思議。
（よほど単純に出来たぉ頭なんでしょう（笑）
わかりやすく数字にしてみると
睡眠時間を8時間のところ7時間だと
1年で365時！なんと15.2日分も変ってきてしまうんですよ。
大袈裟に言うと
「1年の内、15日間は意識不明の状態なのだ。」
これは大変だ！病気でもないのに15日も意識不明の状態なのだ！！
この15日間にものすごく楽しいことがあったとしても意識不明な間は
リアルタイムに参加はできないのだ。
その場にいなければ笑えないことっていっぱいあるじゃないですか！
後で話しを聞いても参加していた人たちだけが笑えるあの瞬間。
少し寂しい思いをする瞬間ってありますよね。
15日間も意識不明だったらそれになる可能性が高い・・・・
逆は寝ていた人よりも1時間も楽しんでしまった・・
どちらがいいか・・・
人それぞれだとは思いますが私は単純に後者なんですね。
人生はネタ作りだと思っていますので・・・
おきている時にしか行動はできないのですよ。なるべく楽しむためにも
自分はどのくらい睡眠を取れれば疲れが取れるか・・・
ものすごく疲れたのでこのくらい睡眠をとろう・・とか
完全なセルフコントロールが出来るようになれたら一番ですけどね。
なかなか難しいのですね・・ただ無駄な睡眠はとってももったいない。
かといって睡眠時間を削りすぎて、疲れが取れてなかったりして
失敗すると今回の私のように本当に強制的に意識不明になりますので（笑）
う～ん・・・難しい！！
