本日、スタッフが休みだったり、緊急休日だったりで
人数が少なくてお客様にはお待ちしていただくこともあったりで
大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしました。そのかわりサービス満点ですのでお許しを！！
本日納車のうらOO様、大事に乗ってくださいね～！！
さて、本日はお客様の不思議・・・
いろんな人が 本当 にいます。
10人いれば10人違って当たり前ですが、昔から不思議に思うことが・・
問い合わせを頂く時に本人ではなく、お母さんや、彼女さんに電話させている・・
これ・・・チョッと不思議です。
自分の目当ての車なのに他人に質問させるって・・・・
チョッと聞きにくいってのがあるのかもしれないが知識のない人が
さらに、興味のない人からお電話を頂いてもまったく話が見えてこない。
しかもね、大体が本人が隣にいたりします。隣にいる本人に向かって、
電話口の方がこちらとお話したことを伝えてまた質問が帰ってくる・・・・・
伝言ゲームかよ！ （三村風に）
で、しかも電話口の方はたいていの場合、車には詳しくない方ですので
伝言ゲームが間違ったりしちゃうわけです。
女性 「この車は・・・え、・・なに・・ターボ？・・・そう・・
ターボは付いていますか？」
当社 「今あるRX-7は全部ターボ付ですよ。」
女性 「付いてるって！・・うん・・・え・・・・
あの、この車って修復歴はありますか？」
当社 「修復歴はございませんがフェンダーの交換、板金はあります」
女性 「・・・・・なんか修復歴は無いって言ってるけどテンダー？の
交換があるって・・・・え、・・・うん・・・・・・・
ゴメンナサイ、テンダーってなんですか？」
テンダーって！オイ！
正直、チョッと吹きそうになるのをこらえ、
ちょっとボケたくなるのをグッと我慢します。
当社 「テンダーではなくフェンダーです！」
女性 「フェンダー、・・・フェンダーだって・・・・
え、・・・・うん、しゃ・・・ショ・・・・しゅこちゅう？・・ごめん・・・
シャコチョーでいいの・・・
あの・・・しょこちょーって付いていますか？」
あぁ・・奥のほうで怒ってる・・・・
「車高調だよ！」って声が聞こえます。
ここまで来ると笑えません。だってこの世界では車高調はメージャーですが
女性からしたらマイナーですよ。きっと彼女には英単語に聞こえていたはず。
そりゃ間違えますよ。それをですよ。隣で怒っちゃったりしたりするわけです。
怒るくらいならお前が電話せい！って思いながらも決して声には出さず
ご丁寧に対応いたします。・・・チョッとつらくなってくる。
当社「車高調は付いております。もしお隣にご本人さんがいらっしゃるのでしたら
お電話代わっていただければご説明いたしますが・・・」
女性 「電話代わる？・・・・うん・・・・・
わかりました。ありがとうございました。ブチッ・・・・プー・プー・・」
当社 「・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・」
「おのれが欲しぃんとちゃうんけ！！」
不思議です。はっきり言ってとても不思議です。
曙が「俺は負けていない」って言うくらい不思議です。
例えばね、車の運転中に助手席の相方から電話で道を聞かれるのは
理解できますよ。
デモね自分が欲しい車の質問をね、
をまったく知識のない人に
質問させる意図がまったく理解できません。
自分よりも知識のある人に聞いてもらうのでしたら理解も出来ますが・・・・・・
きっと、とても恥ずかしがり屋さんなんでしょう。
もしくはとてもマザ○ンか・・・引○こもり予備軍ですよ・・・
いずれにしてもそんなことでは
あまり印象はよくありませんよ。

いつもお世話になってます。
このようなお客さまに是非○センサーなどの問い合わせを活用して頂きたいですね。もちろん中にはひやかしも多いとはおもいますが…。
ちなみに先日エアコンを購入致しました。蚊帳は妻に却下されました…。
