6月1日より駐車違反の民間取締りがスタートする。
警察から委託された民間業者が取締りを行うのだが、委託の移行にあわせて
これまでは一定期間の猶予が認められた駐車違反も発見され次第、即切符と
なるらしい。

民間の業者がどのような所で、どんな取締りを行うのか・・・非常に気になりますね。
私的には取締りが厳しくなるのは、ある意味賛成です。しかしながらこれまでの取締りと
変わらないようなら・・例えば、迷惑度は低いが、取締りしやすい場所ばかりで仕事を
したり、交差点や細い路地などの悪質な違反はちっとも解消されないようなやり方ならば
警察の天下り先を作るだけのような気がしてなりません。
都内での渋滞の原因は違法駐車にあるのは間違いありませんが大半は仕事がらみ
ですよね。トラック、タクシー、営業車、確かにマナーの悪いドライバーはいます。
ただ、ドライバーとして飯を食べている人からすればこの取締りは
取締り方法によってはは生活に
支障をきたす可能性をも秘めているともいえます。
マナーの悪い常習者は取り締まるべきです。しかし相手のことも考えず
闇雲に取り締まるのはいかがなものかと・・・・
私個人の考えは「取締りとは、腐ったみかんの方程式」と考えています。
どういうことかといいますと、風邪であれば
風邪薬を飲みますよね。（切符を切る）
ひどくなったら注射をします。（赤切符、免許停止、罰金）
さらに悪化したら手術します。（逮捕、実刑）
では、さらに悪化したら・・余命Ｏヶ月です。（死刑）といわれるはずです。
要するに起きた要因を取り除く対処療法と同じやり方と思うのです。
（私の中でみかんの方程式と勝手に呼んでいます。、金八からいただきました。）
この対処療法には必ず副作用が出るのです。むくんだり、眠くなったり、毛が抜けたり、
現代の取り締まりにも、副作用ってありますよね。納得できない取り締まりだったり
賄賂が発生したり、取り締まる側とされる側の違いがあったり・・・・
ふぅ～なんか言いたいことが増えてきたので水曜日に続きを書きますね。

腐ったみかん。どっかで聞いたと思ったら…笑
こんなことが話題に出ると日本って変な国だなっていつも思います。ただでさえ狭い国なのに、停めるスペースなしに取り締まりはどうかと…前のこのブログの白バイ『待ち伏せ』じゃありませんがどぉせ目的の見えない意味ぷぅ～な（つまり￥のための）取り締まりでもするんでしょう。あきれます。
